Blogger actually rolled out these dynamic view quite some time ago. The new dynamic are quite intuitive and the best part it is able to display as it should inside your mobile browser like opera, safari, etc. You can opt to switch over to these view or just shortcut view it without changing your existing template. In case you do really like these new dynamic view, you can set it permanently in the blogger dashboard.
