Woke up earlier to make breakfast today. You don't read that sentence from me very often. LOL. Now if I remember correctly, I'm suppose to make a scramble egg + tomato with bread. We bought the bread yesterday at Southern Bakery with a Mexican bun, a Pandan muffin (which was nice) and something else which is skipping my memory right now. All that for RM 6.40 cheaper than a vanilla turn strawberry milk shake that she ordered from Secret Recipe Spring in the afternoon. Expensive and overrated. Next time we try to make the milk shake ourselves with the help of Youtube of course!.

Here is some story about the home clock. My mum used to configure the clock to be 15 minute faster back in the days where we used to stay in Kenyalang right up until we move here. It continued until my resignation from pelabuhan perdagangan. Back then I never had a late moment to work but it was pretty stressful especially under the pretense that the time is always showing faster than it should be. Now the clock is configured to the actual time, which explains why I got a few episodes of late to work more often than not!

Fairly soft and nice texture.

I used 3 of these and didn't wait it warm into room temperature. Didn't see there was a mentioned requirement of needing the egg warming up to room temperature before you can fry it. So I'll just forgo that one. Level 0 cooking student here.

These tomatoes aren't bought. It's fresh from the backyard of the Wong residence. A big thank you to Mr & Mrs Wong for these juicy tomatoes. Inspires everyone to grow their own backyard vegetables instead of paying a premium price for a chemical laced vegetables at the supermarket.

I try to put as little oil as possible and I had to use a regular wok as I couldn't find the flat non stick pan anywhere. The egg looks good when it's on the up side. When I try to flip it .... the egg didn't listen to the command I input in.

So I scramble it. Too late to check youtube now on how to flip a frying egg. Blame that on slow streamyx.

I didn't know how to cut these. Slice ? Dunno how to slice it thin because I'm afraid of cutting my fingers. With an injured finger I cannot do my job or my hobby. I think i ended up just cincai dicing it.

Simple to prepare and only takes less than 6 minutes to do it. A few note on cooking, cleaning up is a chore. Preparing the ingredient is fun. Putting everything in the wok is fun. Controlling the fire and food from being overcook or extremely overcook aka Chau Tah is a major stress. So cooking is a 50-50 experience of good and bad. The ultimate good thing is you can save some money in the process if you use the ingredients prudently.

I ate one just now, surprising it's edible. The rest later give to dear to try before we go church later on. Still not so confident in making food related things for other people yet. Maggi mee goreng mungkin boleh lah~~
