Well, it was the holiday and we're kind stoked for a hike for quite a long time. Everything started rather slow as I was late by 30 minute which caused some mild ticking off from dear :P. After paying for the entrance and registering, we started our normal ascend towards the summit. Unfortunately something odd happen along the way. Specifically just after the 1100 FT portion of the climb. Believe it or not, we're disturb by a few bees. Although they seem harmless at first, it got worse as we tried to wave it away but they refuse to budge. Considering that safety always come first, we decided to cut short on the climb and proceed to descend in haste. Along the way down, we met a large group of people seemingly heading towards the waterfall trail. All in all, it was rather unusual hike which ended prematurely. Better luck next time.
Only manage to snap a few photo as the memory on the phone is rather low. Again something funny happen the day before. A few day old phone memory card suddenly just died without any warning. The omen must have been bad lately. On our way back home we also saw a pretty serious accident just at the Sarberkas, Batu Lintang cross junction. I think it was a black first generation Vios. It look like the car plunge from one side of the road to the other side. Not a good day perhaps ?
