Okay after few days of much consideration, decided to go for the lighting in the dining room, kitchen and bathroom plus our room. It was much cheaper than expected. Chose light yellow lights for the room while the rest are white. Hope it will look great once installed. One tip of advice when buying lights make sure the holder is made from ceramic instead of plastic. Ceramic is more tolerant to heat than plastic (okay thank you, captain obvious!).
